Return Policy

24-Hours Grace Period

  • To cancel or modify your order you must notify us within 24 hours from when the order was placed.
  • We can not cancel or change your order after the 24-hour grace period.
  • Contact us as soon as possible via support@marcira.com for any order enquiries.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24hours via support@marcira.com
  • Once the order is processed, we cannot offer cancellation anymore.

Refunds & Refunds

  • We offer refunds/returns only if your product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the products, providing photos of the item. Once we've reviewed your case, we will determine if we will ship out a replacement or issue you a refund.
  • We do not issue refunds or returns if:
    • the purchased item is custom-made and cannot be resold
    • products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
    • you are simply unhappy with the product

Returns

If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.

Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered correctly.

To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our global warehouse in Asia. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.

 

Refunds

If an order cancellation is granted or a product or service offered on our store is not as described or defected, you may be refunded upon proof of error and confirmation from our team.

 

Shipping Costs

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!

 

Sale Items

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on clearance items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.

Shipping

Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 7-15 business days, after processed, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.

There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage or cancel their order.
