Do you ship to my country?

We offer worldwide shipping so you can order from any country!

But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order.

Production Time

Since customized products are hand-made for each individual customers, please allow 3-6 business days for the personalized production and product inspection before dispatching from our workshop. The exact production time depends on the demand of the product and the sophistication of the production process.

Due to a production backlog, we are ONLY accepting PRE-ORDERS. Order processing and Production will resume around mid-Feb 2024. Expected earliest delivery for Pre-orders will be March 2024 or onwards.

How long should I expect my order to arrive?

For standard products, your order will typically be processed as soon as few hours after purchase, or within 72 business hours. Once processed, you may expect 5-15 business days shipping time depending on customs clearance and your location. (e.g. for more remote areas please allow an extra 2-3 business days for local carriers arrangement)

*The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but we cannot guarantee any particular delivery date. In case of late delivery - we do not issue a refund.

Can I track my order? 

All orders will be provided a tracking number so you can track and understand each step of the delivery process. You may track it on https://www.17track.net/en.

How much does shipping cost?

For standard worldwide order, there is a fixed shipping fee of USD $5.99. However, you'll be able to enjoy Free Shipping if your order exceeds USD $55.

Can my order address be different to my card billing address?

Sure! You can do that.

 

Note: There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customers will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
